Boot Camp

Get in shape “boot camp” style! Experience high-intensity, full-body workouts that target the major muscle groups of the upper & lower body, specifically designed to “make it rain” sweat! From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscle-toning exercises using dumbbells, exercise bands, or even the participant’s body weight, each class brings its own unique challenges. No two classes are the same! Students will work the quarter to improve cardiovascular stamina, core strength, & flexibility.


Cardio Boxing

A great workout for everyone interested in improving their fitness & stamina. This class is flexible to serve the needs of all students - it will get beginners into shape, it will challenge advanced athletes, & both men & women are welcome! Class format integrates combinations of punches & heavy-bag work. Additional muscle and motion exercises are incorporated to strengthen and tone. You will have fun, reduce stress, & get an awesome workout.


Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Grappling & Grappling Technique

Submission Wrestling, simply put, is the art of forcing your opponent to yield, or “submit” through a series of holds, grabs, or twists.Techniques include positional control, take downs and submissions such as chokes and arm locks. Most techniques involve both students on the mat. There is a heavy emphasis on positional strategy that focuses on the fighter who is in the top position and the position of each person’s legs.



Mixed martial arts (MMA), popularly known as ultimate fighting is a full contact combat sport that allows a wide variety of fighting techniques and skills, from a mixture of other combat sports, to be used in competitions. The rules allow the use of both striking as well as grappling techniques, both while standing and while on the ground. Such competitions allow fighters of different backgrounds to compete. Trials MMA integrates many different fighting techniques into a devastating overall fighting style. Fighters will learn multiple paths to victory, including submissions grappling, and striking.
